What happens if it is raining or forecasted to rain at my appointment time?
We advise agents to keep their appointments as scheduled. Typically rainy weather doesn’t negatively impact the interior photos. Let us fulfill as much of the order as possible. It’s usually easier to grab a few missing exterior photos or video clips, than reschedule a whole photoshoot.
Rainy weather obviously impacts exterior photos. If it is actively raining during your appointment, we will capture a primary front exterior shot using an umbrella and have our editor replace the sky. If the rain has stopped, we will capture a full set of exterior images with sky replacements included. In either scenario, we provide a complimentary return visit to reshoot the exteriors once weather and schedule permit to ensure your listing looks its absolute best.
We understand if you feel it best to cancel your appointment because of the weather. If this happens to be the case, no cancellation fees would apply.
How do I pay you?
Invoices generate automatically once an order has been placed, but payment is not expected (nor possible) until the order has been fulfilled. Most of our clients save their credit card information under the ‘Billing’ section of their account. Credit card account information is stored securely with our payment processor; we currently use Stripe. We also accept payments by check, PayPal, and Venmo.
What is your turnaround time?
You should receive photographs sometime the next day. Videos, floorplans, virtual staging, and 3D virtual tours are typically second day.
Do you upload images into the MLS? Do you have access to Supra?
Yes. We are affiliate members of the Birmingham Association of Realtors and can upload into ‘Partial’, ‘Coming Soon’, or ‘Active’ statuses. (Please note this is the only MLS system we can upload to.)
